Delivery

Postage is included in the price of orders to all UK post codes including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands. International sales (regardless of country) will be charged at a flat rate of £10 for up to 5 folded planners and £30 for orders containing 5 or more planners or any non-folded planners. This is added to the total price after any discount has been applied. 

UK orders should be received within 5 working days of the order being placed. An email will be sent confirming dispatch once the planner has been posted. Bear in mind that postal tubes are unlikely to fit through a letterbox and somebody will need to be in to receive it. Postmen do not always leave a card to this effect, and you may have to contact your local sorting office to re-arrange delivery or collection. In the event that your planner is returned to us by Royal Mail due to your failure to collect it or arrange suitable re-delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for further postage, as the original price only includes free delivery to one UK address. In the event of you requesting a refund rather than pay for a re-delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of postage from your intial payment.

There is an option at check-out to upgrade UK post codes to next working day delivery service for an extra £6. These orders must be received before 11.30am otherwise your order may be delayed by an extra working day. (A working day is deemed to be Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays)

In the event that your planner arrives damaged, please contact us immediately preferably with a photo of the damage, so that we can assess your claim and resolve the matter promptly.

If you need to return your planner, please post it to WallplannersbyPost.com, Ash Lea, Turkeyhall Lane IP14 4NN. Once we receive it, and provided it is in the same condition as it was sent, we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
